Born in Sudan and raised as a refugee, Kuol’s journey reflects resilience, determination, and a commitment to uplifting others. Immigrating to the United States, he experienced firsthand the challenges underserved communities face in navigating complex systems, finding a voice, and preserving cultural identity. These experiences fuel his passion for creating transformative spaces where individuals from diverse backgrounds can thrive.
With over a decade in organizational storytelling, community wellness, and public health advocacy, Kuol empowers marginalized communities through impactful narratives and community-building initiatives. As a thought leader and public speaker, he uses personal and collective stories to foster unity, advocacy, and growth. His expertise spans nonprofit management, leadership development, and social innovation, making him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking lasting, positive change.

Isaac Thor
Chief Operating Officer, Krown & Company
Born in South Sudan, Isaac Kong Thor immigrated to the United States over 20 years ago, bringing a perspective rooted in resilience and adaptability. As an immigrant, he understands the challenges faced by underserved communities in integration, access to resources, and cultural preservation, fueling his dedication to supporting refugee and immigrant populations through impactful, community-focused solutions.
With over a decade of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Isaac specializes in secure cloud infrastructure, AI-driven security, and incident response. His career has spanned various industries, consistently delivering solutions that enhance system security, operational efficiency, and scalability.
As COO of Krown & Company, Isaac combines his technical and leadership skills to bridge industries and foster growth in underserved communities. Leading initiatives in UX design, public health, education, and social impact, he is pivotal to Krown & Company’s mission to empower individuals and build sustainable solutions that address real-world challenges in immigrant and refugee communities.
